Summerslam is gonna be alright i think, I hope theres a Taker and Kane segment, that would be cool, then Taker joining Raw or something.....

Yeah, id go with that. I think Taker gets misused on SD like emag said a run with Kane would be cool. It would have to be on Raw though SD would just screw it up.

La Resistance def. Dudley Boyz to retain the World Tag Team belts (Conway interferes dressed as a cameraman - Dupree pins D-von)

Undertaker def. A-Train with a chokeslam (Sable and Steph get it on)

Shane McMahon def. Eric Bischoff with an elbow drop through the spanish announcers table after Coach turned heel on Shane (seriously - and they wonder why the buyrates are bollocks)

Eddie Guerrero def. Rhyno, Chris Benoit & Tajiri to retain the US title (Eddie pins Rhyno)

Kurt Angle def. Brock Lesnar by submission to retain the WWE championship (new rule seemingly in effect - when a guy reaches the ropes, the hold doesn't have to be broken, cas thats what happened here)

Kane def. Rob Van Dam with a Tombstone onto the steps.

Elimination Chamber:
Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho begin.
3rd: Randy Orton
4th: Kevin Nash
5th: HHH
6th: Goldberg
Eliminated 1st: Kevin Nash by Jericho
Eliminated 2nd: Randy Orton by Goldberg
Eliminated 3rd: Shawn Michaels by Goldberg
Eliminated 4th: Chris Jericho by Goldberg
Eliminated 5th: Goldberg by HHH
Winner... Triple H

Heat Match Cruiserweight Title Rey Mystero(c) beat Shannon Moore at (2:03)-Even for Heat Standerds this match was short I would have aleast gave them 5 mins but it was ok for the short time they had 5/10

Raw Tag Title La Resistance(c) beat the Dudleys at (8:09)-Ok opener one of the better La Resistance matchs I have seen 5/10

Undertaker beat A Train at (9:20)-Decent for a Atrain match good Cat fight at the end 4/10

Falls Count Anywere Shane beat Eric Bishoff at (10:37)-Shane showed again on a PPV match he can deliver but that Coach stuff sucked up the match 4/10

US Title Eddie G.(c) beat Rhyno,Tajiri,&Benoit at (10:58)-Good Solid Match 7/10

SD World Title Kurt Angle(c) beat Brock Lesner at (21:25)-Good Match not as good as the WM match but still good 7 and a half/10

No Holds Barred Kane beat RVD at (12:52)-It reminded me of a Old school ECW match RVD did better then I thought he would against Kane 6/10

i thought it was alright but kind of uninspiring...nothing too horrible

dudleys vs la resistance...eh this was ok...decent enough opener i guess...if nothing else it got the crowd going

taker vs a-train...not as bad as it coulda been i guess...but who cares about stephanie or a-train

bischoff vs shane...ok so bischoff doesn't need christian's help because he has the coach...oooook then...the big coach heel turn that the world was waiting for...at least austin was there to save this somewhat...nice spot by shane at the end

US title...that was very good of course

angle vs lesnar...very good match...i liked their WM match better, but this was still great...i'm surprised angle won that cleanly

kane vs RVD...heatless match...and its exactly what i've been saying...what's the point of booking such a one sided feud...kane squashes him every week, so why should the fans care about this match or pay to see it, when they know RVD has no chance...decent match i guess...kinda sloppy

elimination chamber...lol@ole whisker biscuit tripping up during his entrance...what a tool...pretty good match, but not as good as the last elimination chamber and i don't like how they shortened the intervals to 3 minutes...everything about this was predictable though - the order of entrance, the order of elimination, nash getting pinned early but killing everyone after...but that being said, i think they booked it about right

anyways overall i'd say it was a decent ppv

I'll admit, going into mark mode, that I was dissappointed last night with Summerslam. Last years was far better unfortunately. Still, to quote every loyal WWE fan these days 'It could have been worse'.

Loved Matt Hardy's promo on Heat. Damnit, he is the man. And then at the PPV, La Resistance v The Dudleys was pretty harmless so no complaints there.

A-Train v Taker was indeed like Tony predicted, my sandwich match. Micro chip butty (mmm), although I caught the last few minutes to see Taker attempt to make A-Train look good... although someone should explain to him that he failed miserably. I actually started laughing when I saw that he wouldn't even job to one of the guys he loves. Yet another unwanted McMahon on the PPV however.

Shane McMahon v Eric Bischoff was another dissappointment, and should have been kept on Raw. However, I'm guessing I'll be the only one here, but I LOVED the Coach heel turn. So unpredictable! And in my eyes, anything thats unpredictable is great (usually). Plus, Coach might not be so bad as a heel commentator, we'll see!

4-Way US Title match, what is there to say apart from it was brilliant, loved it. No surprises with Kurt v Brock being class too, good finish I suppose even though I thought for a second McMahon was going to ruin it. The 2 Smackdown Title matches didn't dissappoint.

Kane v RVD was also pretty good, apart from I felt the finish made RVD look a bit weak. Still, monster Kane MUST get that Raw title, or it is a complete scandal. By far the best of Kanes recent pushes, and it would be a travesty if the bald angry man wasn't to get the title this time.

Agh... and then the elimination chamber. Did they really need to fling a fancy cage and 4 other guys in the match just to cover up a HHH cheap win over Goldberg? Was actually looking forward to the match but there was literally nothing special about it and it really was very bland. Felt very cheated afterwards. They should have just let Goldberg win the goddamn title and get it over and done with, rather than leave us now with an injured champion who can only do 'pose-downs' and arm-wrestling matches ala the Scott Steiner feud. It's ridiculous when you think about it.... HHH sat in that cage for the whole match except for about 2 minutes. And that piece of crap JR trying to treat the fans like idiots when he said 'there's only 3 men left' when you could clearly see HHH sitting in his cage in the background.

Just didn't seem to have that extra thing a Summerslam should have, but hell it could have been worse. All 3 McMahons ended up on the show plus only 6 matches on one of the grand slam PPVs is a tad silly. Imagine it without the Smackdown title matches!
