Hogan almost got a 1.0. Hogan is a draw. Hogan > everybody else in TNA.

In fairness, I'd credit that more to the women and being the top of the hour. The women almost ALWAYS spike the ratings in TNA. That's been consistent for about two years now.

Daffney > Hogan

So your point was wrong.

Well that's what you get when you have such a terrible TV show within the bubble.

"It was the lowest rating since November 2006 when TNA was in a one-hour, late-night timeslot on Thursday nights before they moved to prime time on Spike TV." - Keller.

I do genuinely wonder how long it is before all the TNA fans, Dixie et al, all come to their senses and realise they need to move out of this timeslot immediately.

I wouldn't call TNA over the past month terrible now.

I would. In fact, I'd go so far as to call it the drizzling shits with problem after problem, hilarious mistake after hilarious mistake, and one that actually loses viewers by the tens of thousands as the show progresses, with very few going to WWE and even fewer who leave Raw going to Impact instead.

This isn't a show that just needs to wait it out because eventually people will come along, see what is on it and think "oh wow, this is awesome" and eventually the number will hit a 1.5. This is a show that very few people know about, based solely around the hardcore viewers who would watch it whether it's Hardy vs. AJ or a two-hour test pattern, that is not in any way worthy of competing with the stale and formulaic yet sensical and strong PPV build on Raw right now, not to mention the production values are night and day. And really, everything TNA *should* be doing, they're not and instead are aiming for Attitude-era rehashes (which wasn't even that good a product, especially in 1999) with nonsensical storylines, no concept of story telling, abysmal build for PPV and far too much use and misuse of people.

And again, I openly question how long it'll be before Spike or TNA pulls the plug on Monday nights, because they cannot be happy with a 0.9 every week (TNA will certainly be in a state of depression judging by last week, which means next Monday may be worth watching to see how desperate they become) and I don't see Impact getting any bigger, even after Wrestlemania.

You're always talking about numbers. And I know ratings are important but I was talking about the show from a wrestling fans perspective. And a large percentage of TWO members (myself included) believe that TNA Impact is the better show at the moment.
I know that without reasonable ratings TNA will be f**ked. But I thought people here liked talking more about wrestling than the business side of things.

Because the numbers are important. If they can’t pull in the viewers then TNA runs the risk of losing the time slot and possibly going out of business.

Unlike most people I don’t give a crap about the numbers. I enjoyed segments of both shows and was bored stiff during others.

She means they run UFC before TNA starts.

There's no reason why they can't run UFC afterwards though. I'm almost positive that TNA does bigger numbers than the UFC repeats.
