He won a hard fought 4 min (

) match with "The Amazing Red" and joined the Special K stable at the same time.

So how do you think Jody will do as a heel???

(Could have posted this in the US Scene forum, but considering Jody is a UK Wrestler and spends most of his time wrestling in the Uk, I decided to post this here, sorry if this annoys you Adam)

I personally dont think he would be good as a heel in the UK as most people know him and are use to him as a face.

But in another company where most people have not really looked into him it might work.

The problem with Jody is fans just love him!They love to cheer him!I agree he could be a heel in the US,and i think hed do a good job as one,but i cant see it working over here!Anyway when he works for GWF he will have to be a face,as hes fighting Trent Acid whos a great heel!I wouldnt mind seeing him as a heel in Ring of honour,be a good watch!

Didn't everyone say the same bout Hogan and Austin? I know it's pretty stupid to compare them to Fleisch, but I think it could work, and would make a huge impact. In America it'll work easier because not too many are as familiar with him as we are, and also they are used to turns as WWE gives them one a week. But I don't see why it wouldn't work over here. Personally, I'd love to see a heel Fleisch v a face Jonny Storm to make their feud just that much more interesting.

Jodie as heel should be pretty good, If he was good at being heel, maybe he would get more oppotunitys in the future.

why would this annoy me TVV it is a very good and relevant piece of news.

Personally I feel if any UK worker was to go major heel in the states storm could pull it off best as he rocks when he does heel rotuine.

It's a shame the match was roughly only around the 5 minute mark.

Being a heel will be a new major step in Jody's career and maybe a very good one. We have all seen the high flying babyfaces in the ring but hopefully Jody was settle down in the heel character and make an even better name for himself in ROH, which might get the WWE or NWA : TNA watching him.

I still don't know why Doug Williams isn't in the WWE or NWA yet. The guy is awesome, I hope he is back on the ROH cards pretty soon too.

Even if doug did make it into the WWE or TNA they wouldnt use him to his full ability anyways or give him major pushes. Well i dont think they would the WWE stick with this main guys like HHH, Show, Taker, Angel most of them are old. He wont even get a chance. But soon the WWE will be nothing and other companies will be up there giving these bril 'wrestlers' not entertainers a chance.
