TNA Isn't about to get all the Arresting Developments, so to speak.

He's currently in Moore County jail with bail set at $125,000. Hardy was charged with felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

makes you wonder if Vince is involved in some shady conspiracy to burn all his former stars. Either send them to TNA or getb them arrested. that gets Angle twice then....

Hardy was charged with trafficking in opium, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for drugs, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will make a first appearance in Moore County District Court on Monday.

He was placed in the Moore County Jail under $125,000 secured bond.

Basically he wanted to leave the WWE to go back to taking drugs all day long. He didn't want to show the WWE up while under contract, so just waited until he was out.

This throws the WWE's Drug Policy under the bus.

Oh well, atleast by not being under contract to the WWE he isn't going to get another wellnes strike. He just, might not get hired.

And yeah, Jeff hardly looks like a poster boy for steroids.

Pretty much - Jeff never was the most subtle guy though, so I'm not surprised this screwed up the way it has.

Don't think he's coming back anywhere anytime soon. XD
