Michael Bisping To Sign Copies Of New UFC Book At Zavvi Oxford Street

Press Release:

Quote:
British UFC superstar Michael Bisping will be signing copies of new UFC book 'UFC Octagon' at 5:30pm on Thursday 4 December at zavvi Oxford Street.

Michael Bisping is the face of British MMA and after bursting onto the American scene by winning series three of The Ultimate Fighter, Bisping's career has gone from strength to strength. Originally fighting at light-heavyweight, Bisping won four times in The UFC before a narrow points defeat to Rashad Evans prompted him to drop to his true weight. A middleweight debut victory over Charles McCarthy, courtesy of about 20 knees, was good, as was his victory over Jason Day. Bisping is about to step up about two levels after outboxing American Chris Leben in Birmingham at UFC 89, plus he's about to coach on "TUF 9", where UK goes head-to-head with USA.

'UFC Octagon' gets up close and personal with the warriors of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Explore the work of photographer Kevin Lynch and track the evolution of UFC over five years through 800 incredible photos of the fighters as they compete in this mixed martial arts sport.

See these amazing warriors from the tense moments before going into battle through to the emotional end of the combat. Explosive photographs capture the confidence, fear and passion in the eyes of key athletes from Anderson Silva and Chuck Liddell to Georges St. Pierre and B.J.Penn.
