I've just bought this - put the first DVD in - Vince comes on-screen and gives respect to Bret for putting their differences aside.

I almost saw this as a minor "dig" at Warrior, which is why the Warrior DVD ended up more of a burial. That's the impression I got from that one bit.

We've just watched the main part of it - it's just over 2 hours long.

It's VERY well done, covering so much more than you'd expect, but it's very Kayfabe at times - they try to make out that Owen and Bret were fighting during their feud, even though on the "Legend of Owen" DVDs, they clearly point out that they were still friendly.

We're going through the matches tonight and tomorrow, but some of the are just incredible, looking at the list, I've seen some before - there's 18 matches on the set.

One thing of note, it comes across that Bret really doesn't like Shawn - this is shown a little with the fact that the only match with Shawn in it is the tag match with the Rockers.

If you're a Bret fan, then this is a MUST buy, if not for the main part of it, but for some of the matches - we spent just over $21 on it at Wal*Mart, which is damn cheap (about £13).

Flair's > Bret's - because Flair is THE man!
Bret's > HBK's - I wasn't that impressed with Shawn's.
Bret's > Benoit's - only because of the HUGE amount of matches.
Bret's > Eddie's - like Benoit's one, the amount of matches kicks it up.

But that's just my opinions, YMMV.

One thing that's missng from the matches is Alternate Commentary.

Some of the matches have none, and the Spanish one with Bam Bam has (wait for it) Spanish commentary, which gets very annoying.

I would have liked to have heard Bret's thoughts throughout the matches.
