Boston Red Sox - World Champions!

I watched the world series game last night and the drama and entertainment was second to none. The Red Sox white washed the best team from the regular season 4 - 0. To be a wild card team, to go 3-0 down against your arch rivals the new york yankees, to come back and win 4-3, to beat a team that won 105 games in the regular season 4 - 0 after 86 years without a championship is undescribable. MVP was manny rameirez (if i spelt that right).

The Red Sox deserve a lot of respect for what they have accomplished, they overcame all the odds to get to this final and did so in superb fashion. I thought that the Yankees were a sure thing for the World Series when they were three games up, but Boston showed their resolve and pulled out an astounding win.

The Cardinals were not going to win as soon as Boston made it into the Series, it was like a fairytale and the Red Sox were destined to be the ones with the happy ending. Well done to Boston, it was an entertaining set of playoffs!

um haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa i laugh at you people and if i was near you i would spit on you since you are not cool, just because they have won a world series dosent mean the curse has been lifted since there was never a curse to begin with it was just an exscuse made up cause they sucked there i said it the red socks suck let me say it again they Suck

Firt of all, the Red Sox dont suck, as proved by the fact they have won the world series, they beat the Yankees and the Cardinals, two very good baseball teams, to get there. No there probably wasnt a curse, but myths and legends keep fans going, and its something for people to hold on to. Anyone who saw the series live will always remember the fact that they were there when the Curse was broken.

Also If you wish to claim a team "sucks" then how about trying to elaborate on that notion? Give a valid reason for your argument? If you dont then i will edit or delete posts like the one above as i see fit. Thanks

i dont think a record breaking team that won 8 straight post season games suck, do you? Well obviously you do because you cant see past the end of your own nose
