PBW Maximum Impact Travel Package

On Saturday the 16th of October live at The Magnum Centre in Irvine Premier British Wrestling one of the top wrestling companies in Europe presents the biggest event in Scotland MAXIMUM IMPACT 2010.

For the company it will be the biggest event the company has staged and will host the very best talent in Scotland, UK and Europe.

For fans of wrestling this will be an event that people will not want to miss out on. With this being said i am running a travel package for anyone wishing to travel to be part of our biggest show of the year and one of the best shows in Britian all year.

The package will contain the following

One night hotel stay with the IBIS Glasgow City Centre on Saturday 16th of October with unlimited hot buffet breakfast on the Sunday morning.
Private coach transfer from the IBIS Hotel to The Magnum Centre in Irvine
General Admission Entry to the event
Private coach transfer from The Magnum Centre in Irvine to the IBIS Hotel
Entry to a nightclub in Glasgow City Centre which will be the site of the after show party

The pricing for the package is as follows:

Travel package for one £70
Travel package for two £80 (£40 each) based on two sharing a room


There will also be a package for people living within the central belt area of Scotland. This package contains coach transfer from a location in Glasgow City Centre TBA, General Admission event ticket and entry to the nightclub where the aftershow party will take place. This package is priced at £20 per person.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-For the trip to go ahead i require 16 people to take the hotel package and 16 people to take the package minus the hotel

-I require full payment for the trip by the deadline of Thursday 16th of September to settle payment with hotel and coach hire company as they require payment four weeks prior to the event

-If for any reason between 16th of September and the day of 16th of October you cannot make the trip your package is non refundable as it jeapordises the trip being cancelled. You can sell the package to make your money back but must inform me to change names with hotel management.

- If there is not enough interest any money collected will be refunded in full by September 30th.

-Payment will be made via paypal or cash or cheque sent via post (prefered 1st class recorded delivery for security)

-Upon payment you will be sent an email receipt with itineary

-The price of the package does not include your transport to Glasgow from your location in the UK or Europe.

-On the day of the event when entering the coach you will be handed your event ticket and after show party pass which you are responsible for looking after.

-You are also responsible for looking after hotel room keys and any extras purchased at the hotel will be billed to individuals in the room(s)

Hello all. Just to give you the idea of the benefit of taking the travel package.

The event will approximatley last including the interval 3 hours so an approximate finish time would be 10.30pm. If you came by train from Glasgow Central you would need to wait for a 11.19pm train arriving back in Glasgow Central at 0.01am.

With having the travel package you would be getting picked up at the door at the end of the show and you would be back in the hotel for 11.15pm which would give people enough time to drop things off and freshen up before going to a club.

Ive sent for bus quotes and hotel quotes so looking to get prices sorted within a few days.

So far there has been interest of exactly four people. Another 12 people to go and trip would definatley go ahead.

The only hold up just now in finalising everything is the hiring of the bus which i am waiting on a few more quotes coming back to me.

Hotel event tickets and club have all been arranged.

The coach hire has been confimed and arranged now as of this morning. The night club are just wishing to see what i will post here on the forum before i submit anything final.

The price of the trip is looking to stay on estimate of the £70 per head or if two are room sharing £40 per head.

I have updated the orginal post an the package has now been officially finalised and now able to register for spaces.

So far there is six spaces reserved. Another ten and the package will go ahead.

I would like to point out that with the closure of 1PW and the cancelation of the SWA: The Gathering event that PBW Maximum Impact will be the biggest night of British Wrestling in the whole of the north of UK this year.

This is your chance to come watch the show at an affordable price and have a night out too.
