4FW: Pro Wrestling NOAH Superstars to appear (2/4/2010)

- Battle Britannia 2010 -

Friday 2nd April 2010 Live! Swindon
Grange Drive Leisure Centre, Grange Drive, Stratton St Margaret, Swindon.

- 'Physical Specimen' Joel Redman -

Joel Redman proved to everyone just how talented he is by defeating the returning star Dave Mastiff in January, Redman has plowed his way through the competition put in front of him with Mastiff been his toughest challenge to date and Redman passed the test, now he is really pushing for a 4FW title shot, Redman remains undefeated for over 3 years and looks like the biggest threat to 'The Saviour' JD Knights' championship.

Who will his next challenger be? and will Redman continue his hugely impressive undefeated streak?.

- 'Limited Edition' Eddie Reyes -

4FW started 2010 in spectacular style with New Years Wrestlution, with many high quality matches that impressed and amazed. But nobody shone brighter then the Spanish superstar, 'Limited Edition' Eddie Reyes. Despite coming up on the losing end of the bout, Reyes took then-champion Jack Dynamo to his absolute limit, on many occasions being only a fraction of a second from a three count.
In what could be described as the match of the night, the crowd were kept out of their seats as both men dug deep in order to claim the coveted 4FW Heavyweight championship. Despite defeat, this did not dent Eddie's ever increasing confidence, as it showed just how far he has come since his debut one year ago at the same event, and how far he can go. But where does the 'Limited Edition' go from here?.
After the host of stars he has faced, and coming so close to the 4FW Heavyweight title, what does he next want to set his sights on? Another attempt at beating Jack Dynamo? Maybe steal the spotlight from recent graduate Owen Phoenix? Or possibly Joel Redman's winning streak? Who knows, but one thing is for certain, whatever he decides to do, the sky really is the limit for the Spanish Sensation.

(4FW British Junior Heavyweight Champion)
- 'All Eyes On Me' David Sharp -

At New Years Wrestleution David Sharp was awarded the British Junior Heavyweight Championship by 'The Boss' Philip Carter for his hardwork and dedication since turning his back on the 4FW fans.

Since been awarded the championship Sharp has promised to make the belt the most prestigious title in Europe and will put the title up against all challengers "This championship belt represents everything i stand for, pure wrestling is exactly what this belt will bring to 4FW, I believe i am the greatest technical wrestler in this country right now and i look forward to my challengers trying to prove me otherwise" - David Sharp. Who will step up and challenge Sharp for the 4FW British Junior Heavyweight Championship on Saturday 24th April?.

- Owen Phoenix -

Owen Phoenix made his official 4FW debut in January and showed everyone exactly why he is one to watch in the coming years, the charasmatic youngster has trained his heart out for the last 2 years and finally had his chance to shine at New Years Wrestleution almost upsetting the newly crowned 4FW British Junior Heavyweight Champion David Sharp.

Though unsuccessful on his debut Phoenix left New Years Wrestleution more than happy with his battling efforts but will be working harder in the gym and training harder in the ring to climb the rankings in 4FW and earn another title shot against the current Junior Heavyweight Champion David Sharp.

What will be the next challenge for Owen Phoenix at Battle Britannia 2010? whatever it is Phoenix will grab the oppurtunity with both hands as he aims to show the wrestling world that he is here to leave a lasting impression.

- Lion Kid -

Fighting out of the New Forest, Hampshire, current IPW:UK cruiserweight champion. Lion Kid is making waves since his debut at Dragon Gate's UK Invasion defeating man monster Stixx.

The single most dedicated athlete to his craft in the UK, Lion Kid is one of the hottest prospects in European Wrestling. The undefeated Dragon Gate UK star has seen off challenges from US indy star Cheech, Robbie Dynamite and more since winning the Crusierweight title from Mark Haskins in November last year.

His streak finds its way to 4FW.

Hugely popular with the younger audiences, LK is now garnering respect from fans of all ages and critics alike. 2010 will be the year of the lion, should the kid have his way...

- Dave Mastiff -

Despite an unsuccessful return to 4FW, Mastiff totally dominated the match against Redman and will be looking for a better result at Battle Britannia.

Mastiff has demanded management put him in a rematch with Redman claiming he can end the imprssive undefeated streak, Management has declined but have promised Mastiff he will be put up against the finest competition.

- Takeshi Morishima -

Former GHC World and Tag Team Champion Takeshi Morishima will be aiming to showcase exactly why he is widely recognised as one of the best big man in professional wrestling. Days before European Navigation, Morishima severely injured his ankle and most competitors would have been sidelined, however having extensively toured the UK before - Morishima wanted to compete and featured in an excellent tag team encounter teaming with Yone against Bison Smith and Akiyama.

- Taiji Ishimori -

Also making the trip is current GHC Junior Tag Team Champion Taiji Ishimori, the charismatic superstar was part of the incredible Jnr Tag Title match at European Navigation, with tag team partner KENTA faced off against Bryan Danielson and Eddie Edwards on what European Fans voted as match of the year 2008. Current Champion Ishimori has expressed an interest in facing other champions in Europe and has set his sights on cruiserweight champions and some of the best in Europe.
