    People aren't voting because no one knows who anyone is. Play to your audience and don't bother with at least half of the obscure indie or non-North American guys, because there's only going to be a handful of people with any idea who they are.

    But I've already cut about 2500 luchadores. Before that, the whole tournament was in danger of becoming "Tournament to Crown the Best Obscure Masked Luchador".

    And besides, if I cut everyone like that, the tournament would be very small.

    And besides that, I really don't see why people can't just vote for anyone when they don't know who they are. Why? Because then people have the opportunity to vote out those wrestlers later anyway, so it all sort-of balances out.....or something.
