Keep in mind that that isn't the original Ebessan either.....it's Ebessan III.

Osaka pro own the gimmick so when he isn't wrestling for them he's known as ebetaro and now as kikotaro

But orignal ebessan wins here hand down cause he's too awesome, if anyone finds it online they HAVE to see his match against samoa joe and the four way against jack evans, delirious and joe

The original Ebessan changed his ring name to Kikutaro. The gimmick itself is pretty much the same, but he did change his costume very slightly.

The second Ebessan was meant to be his replacement.....but the wrestler they chose didn't stick with the gimmick.

The third Ebessan is the current Ebessan, and any matches you see with a wrestler billed as "Ebessan" from the last few years is this Ebessan. He showed up after the original Ebessan left Osaka Pro (which is part of the reason he changed his ring name to Kikutaro).

However.....the original Ebessan, still wrestling as Kikutaro, did end up back in Osaka Pro. Kikutaro (original Ebessan) and Ebessan III (current Ebessan) have even wrestled each other on multiple occassions.

And now I'm kind of confused.

I shall keep the first match in play for a few more hours, after that, the second match will be posted.

In the meantime, I'll post what I meant to put in Viewtiful Joe's Extra notes, but I forgot to.

Viewtiful Joe, as people who have played the games would know, is a video game character from Capcom. The pro wrestler is not a rip-off gimmick, the character was used with permission from Capcom as a way to advertise the Viewtiful Joe videogames.
