This is great news - I am a big admirer of Yoshihiro Asai since the WCW days - he was truly amazing and the best wrestler back then until a botched elbow surgery forced him out.
However, I hope WWE will handle him rightly because he might be used just to add to a barely noticeable cruiserweight division on SmackDown!
Handled rightly - he can be extraordinary and talented - he can work perfectly with Chris Benoit and almost everyone.
Not only that - he is the inventor of the Asai Moonsault.
Which leaves me with only one question to ask - now that he has signed with WWE - what will happen to his promotion "Torymoun"? will it go on or will it cease to exist?
