TWO Prediction League - The Champions League: Qualifying Format

I've been harping on about this for ages, now that there are some European fixtures set for the new season (in fact some have already taken place) I can now reveal the ordeal that awaits all those who have not already qualified.

There wil be three qualifying rounds, starting on July 16th.

All matches are 2 legged, points will be awarded as follows.

Correctly predicting the score & outcome of a match - 3 points
Correctly predicting the outcome of a match - 1 point
Correctly predicting the aggregate score & outcome of a tie - 3 points
Correctly predictng the outcome of a tie - 1 point

Pretty much the same as before, except you will get points for the aggregate scores as well.

Predictions for the home and away leg must be posted before the first match kicks off.

Predictions should look something like this.

Man City vs TNS 0-4 0-5

The first score being first leg and the second being the second leg, I'll work out your aggregate scores for you because I'm a nice chap, In this case Man City 0 TNS 9. :lol

So the dates and matches to be predicted will be as follows.

First Round - 16th July

Champions League 1st Qualifying Round

Second Round - 30th July

Champions League 2nd Qualifying Round
Intertoto Cup Semi Finals

Third Round - 12th August

Champions League 3rd Qualifying Round
UEFA Cup Qualifying Round
Intertoto Cup Finals

Normal procedure will appply, pick 10 matches from the ones I list, whoever tops the league at the end will qualify.

And a reminder, those that have already qualified are:

Crippler
Bookerman
Tajiri
KJ
HSM

These 5 need not participate.

After giving it some thought I have decided to remove the Intertoto Cup fixtures from the first round. This is because the second legs of the Intertoto Cup Second round take place next Saturday and Sunday, therefore the earliest I can get a full list of fixtures for the Predcition League first round is by next Monday, leaving just two days for people to get their predcitions in.
