Why O Why did the WWF not sign him sooner?

Ego, bad attitude, drugs record, too extreme style, pay, injury etc. Just be glad he's here now, and all the Hardy marks are bound to see him get a decent push with their screams for a spot fest match.

Was it maybe because RVD was in the ECW, and I'm sure they wouldn't of let him go, I know I wouldn't of.

I hear that the major problem was that he's publicly for the legalisation of marijuana and Vince didn't want another reason for the PTC and other holier than thou groups to have a go at him and the WWF.

Damn those PTC, theres worse things going on in the world then whats on TV. Angry couch potatoes who can actually leave there sofa.
Same goes for ITC to, I don't care whats on TV that might offend someone, pornography, racial remarks, sensitive subjects, violence and gore for the simple fact that i've seen too much to get all upset over. We pay for cable/TV licences, we expect to see what the program makers intend - get our moneys worth if you will. £32 a month, i expect to see wrestling as it's intended AND shown in America !

Same goes for computer games, always getting the blame -
Flight sims blamed for terrorism (this one actually might be true), Doom blamed for school shootings, Carmaggedon blamed for road rage, street fighter blamed for playground fights, GTA blamed for car theft, it's a wonder that crime excisted before computer games were around to corrupt us all. :mad
