An Odd Problem

I can get onto the chat page easily, and the 'name box' appears, however, I am unable to type anything in the box, but I can still click 'connect', but I can't get in the chat room without a name. Does anyone know what's wrong/how it can be solved?

Try clicking on the name box. Hopefully that will work.

Hmm...I've tried that many times, nothing, to make things weirder, the flashy thing that comes up when you type something ( the small | line) comes up, but I just can't type anything in.

I've given it 24 hours, and still no luck, I'm getting a bit worried now :(

Anyhoo, it has happened to me before too, and I accidentally found out a way to fix it. At least on my PC.

Anyway, if you have the Microsoft mouse with the rollerball thing between the two main mouse buttons, try pressing the left mouse button, the right mouse button and the rollerball DOWN (Don't roll it, press it down so it clicks) all at the same time while the cursor is over the bit where you would enter your name.

If it's the same problem as I used to have, it should fix itself. If not, send an email to CT@talkwrestlingonline.com for instant feedback. If you consider 3 days to be instantaneous.

Sorry not to inform you, but it suddenly started working today. BUT! I have ANOTHER problem! I accidentally have a new Java plug-in, and it's making my DigiChat screen weird, lots of noises etc., and I find it hard to use the 'settings' screen. Any advice?

Ohhh nice topical posting there Russ about 3 days for a reply. Some of us have to work away from servers now and again.

Anyways if it was like russ said where you have to highlight text and scroll down thats a html coding issue not a chat problem.

Chat did take a dive for a few hours but its back up now obviously.

Due to other commitments I not been able to monitor the forums as much as I would have liked to but I will keep a better eye on it.

New java plug in? Where did you download it from and things like that? Send ct@talkwrestlingonline.com and im sure you WILL get a reply, might be 3 days but its a reply none the less.
