Hey Guys
I'm going to pin this as it is very useful. Found a site that describes how moves are carried out so that it is easier to write and understand the use of moves in your matches
Part One (http://www.deathvalleydriver.com/bbbowm/part1.htm)
Part Two (http://www.deathvalleydriver.com/bbbowm/part2.htm)
Part Three (http://www.deathvalleydriver.com/bbbowm/part3.htm)

Ah the old page of a 1000 holds... Has this been updated recently as the last time I went on and it had relevant new moves on was early 2004....
Still a great source for moves, variations and referances...
Cheers Christof.

Helpful for me as I had no idea what a burning hammer was, I just thought it was a hot DIY tool

For those wondering how the Expulsion of Sanity Cageplexes should look, watch this video of Tazz v Kurt Angle as Tazz does them (in order) at around the 5min 30sec mark.
Expulsion of Sanity I - Release German Tazplex
Expulsion of Sanity II - Overhead release Head & Arm Tazplex
Expulsion of Sanity III - T-Bone Tazplex
