For Lucha go here http://highspots.com/arena/index.html , great FAQs and Wrestler Profiles.

As for Puro:

The main promotions are New Japan Pro Wrestling, Pro Wrestling NOAH and All Japan Pro Wrestling, there are Indy Junior (Cruiserweight) promotions which are Toryumon, Michinoku Pro, Osaka Pro, there loads more smaller ones.

Good Puro sites would be:

News http://www.puroresupower.com/
History http://www.puroresu.com/home.html
Photos & Crap (alot of WWF stuff aswell) http://www.geocities.co.jp/Athlete-Sparta/1163/

It is a great tape, and the J Cups are an excellent place to start, especially if you like the Cruiserweights from WCW, and more recently the WWF guys.

Some of the older tapes offer guys like Benoit/Malenko/Jericho etc too which means that you won't be watching tapes initially where you don't recognise any of the guys in the ring.
