Competition Rules

Who is eligible to enter?

Any residents over the age of 13 from the UK (and any other countries listed with the competition).

Competition Period

Please make sure to read the time period the contest will run in. The dates and times for each competition will accompany the competition details on the specific page.

Prizes

If the competition has a specific prize (it will be listed with the competition), there can be no alternative. If the winner is from a cash competition at Talk Wrestling Online (i.e. FWL) they will be paid via paypal. Tthe winner can choose to receive online gift vouchers as an alternative..

Entries

To enter you must send the information required, by filling in a form online or through email.

Talk Wrestling Online will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Talk Wrestling Online; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the competition.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected according to the rules of the specific competition. Talk Wrestling Online will attempt to notify selected winners by e-mail within about two (2) working days after the selection. Prize winners will have seven (7) days from notification to respond. If a selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim a prize in the manner prescribed in the e-mail, the winner will forfeit his or her prize.

If there is more than one winner (for a competition like the FWL) the prize will be shared out amongst the winners.

Winner Information

The winners name will appear on the Talk Wrestling Online Winners Page and may appear on Wrestling 101 and in the Talk Wrestling Online Community Newsletter and forum. Any competitions where content is required as part of the competition (such as articles or images) Talk Wrestling Online has the right to publish this content on it's network of sites.

Other notes

Talk Wrestling Online reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, the competition notice or these rules at any time without prior notice.

Talk Wrestling Online reserves the right to disqualify any person (banned members, members with more than one account etc) or e-mail address that it determines to be in violation of any term contained in these rules.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, competition, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a competition, the decision of Talk Wrestling Online shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
